Spend an evening preparing a scrumptious Italian feast uniting the very best of land and sea.
Crab Cakes with Basil Aioli; Bistecca Toscana (Red Wine Marinated Ribeye Steaks) with Gorgonzola Fonduta; Rosemary Potatoes; Roasted Asparagus with Lemon-Parsley Gremolata; Fresh Ricotta and Chocolate-Filled Cannoli.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Getting Familiar with Italian Ingredients; Selecting Crab Meat; Breading and Pan Frying; Making Fresh Herb Sauces and Cold Emulsions; Working with Fresh Herbs and Spices; Selecting and Grilling Red Meat; Determining Meat Doneness; Selecting and Roasting Potatoes and Green Vegetables; Whipping Cream.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately. All participants in class must be at least 18 years old.
