Spanakopita Pie; Lamb and Cumin Meatballs with Tomato Sauce; Homemade Whole Wheat Pita Bread; Roasted Potatoes with Oregano and Feta Cheese; Semolina Cake with Orange Syrup.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Getting Familiar with Mediterranean Ingredients; Working with Phyllo Dough; Selecting Ground Meat; Working with Fresh Herbs and Spices; Making Tomato Sauce; Shaping, Rolling and Griddling Yeast Dough; Selecting Potatoes; Making Simple Syrup; Mixing Cake Batter; Determining Cake Doneness; Whipping Egg Whites.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately. All participants in class must be at least 18 years old.
