Enjoy seasonal flavors as you learn how to cook this delicious menu while discovering fresh new ways to make dinner fun! One glass of wine or one beer per student is included in the price of the class- our wine list will also be available if additional beverages would like to be purchased during class.
Watercress Salad with Radishes, Goat Cheese and Yogurt Dressing; Herb Crumb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with Parsley-Mint Pesto; Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Sherry-Mustard Vinaigrette; Strawberry-Almond Cake with Whipped Cream.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Getting Familiar with Spring Produce; Making Yogurt Dressings; Balancing Flavors; Selecting and Roasting Red Meat; Determining Meat Doneness; Making Breadcrumb Crusts; Selecting and Roasting Potatoes; Preparing Vinaigrette; Mixing Cake Batter; Determining Cake Doneness.

Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
You must be 21 or over to attend. Please present valid ID at the time of check-in.
