Come explore the exotic cuisine of Thailand.
Green Papaya, Carrot and Peanut Salad with Cilantro Vinaigrette; Thai Vegetable Egg Rolls; Seafood (Scallop, Shrimp and Mussel) Panang Curry; Tofu Pad Thai.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Getting Familiar with Thai Ingredients; Balancing Sweet, Salty, Sour and Spicy; Making Vinaigrette; Working with Rice Noodles; Deep Frying; Selecting Seafood; Determining Shellfish Doneness; Stir-Frying; Preparing Thai Sauces.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately. All participants in class must be at least 18 years old.
