Mamma Mia! Master the art of creating authentic Neapolitan pizzas in your own home.
Grilled Radicchio and White Bean Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette; Potato-Rosemary Pizza with Prosciutto and Parmesan Cheese; Pistachio Pesto, Italian Sausage and Fontina Cheese Pizza; Margherita (Tomato Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella and Basil) Pizza.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Making Yeast Dough; Cooking on a Pizza Stone and Using a Pizza Peel; Grilling Bitter Greens; Making Vinaigrette; Balancing Flavors; Selecting Potatoes; Making Fresh Herb and Tomato Sauces; Selecting Cheeses; Working with Fresh Herbs.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately. All participants in class must be at least 18 years old.
