Celebrate Valentine's Day with an elegant multi-course, hands-on meal that you cook together, for each other. One glass of sparkling rosé is included in the price of the class.
Arugula Salad with Grapes, Toasted Almonds, Feta and Green Olive Vinaigrette; Dungeness Crab Cakes with Red Pepper Coulis; Roasted Prime Rib with Cabernet Reduction; Roasted Garlic, Artichoke and Fennel Bread Pudding; Grilled Radicchio with Fig-Balsamic Glaze; White Wine and Vanilla Poached Pears with Chocolate Sauce and Toasted Hazelnuts.
When signing up, you'll have the opportunity to pre-order a half bottle of our reserve Montaudon Brut, Champagne, France, NV. Rich, satisfying and complex, not bone-dry, with creamy texture, long apple and baked biscuit flavor and juicy finish. The classic cocktail and complement to Life's finest meals and moments! You'll also have the option to peruse our extensive wine list upon arrival.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
You must be 21 or over to attend this class. Please present valid ID at the time of check-in.
