Sunday is a time for friends and families to enjoy each other's company while surrounded by delicious food.
Endive and Watercress Salad with Apples and Blue Cheese; Crispy Duck Fat Potatoes; Honey Roasted Parsnips and Carrots; Roast Beef with Shallot-Mushroom Gravy; Popovers; Figgy Pudding.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Preparing Vinaigrette; Balancing Flavors; Selecting Potatoes; Working with Duck Fat; Roasting Vegetables; Selecting and Roasting Beef; Determining Meat Doneness; Making Roux and Compound Butter; Preparing Batters; Determining Cake Doneness.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
