Don't miss out on the pleasure of home-baked treats for the holidays. Our expert chef will teach you all about gluten-free flours, so you'll have the knowledge and confidence to bake up delicious goodies for friends and family (or yourself!) this holiday season.
Flourless Chocolate-Cranberry Yule Log with Cranberry Mousse and Chocolate Ganache Glaze; Gingersnaps; Cinnamon-Raisin Bread.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Working with Gluten-Free Flours and Yeast; Preparing Gluten-Free Dough and Batter; Selecting Chocolate; Making Ganache; Whipping Cream; Rolling and Shaping Dough; Determining Doneness in Baked Goods.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
