Deviled Eggs; Cajun Holiday Ham with Biscuits; Sautéed Green Beans with Pecans; Mac-n-Cheese; Sweet Potato Pie.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Hard-Boiling Eggs; Selecting and Glazing Ham; Preparing Quick Dough; Working with Fresh Herbs and Spices; Sautéing Green Vegetables; Making Béchamel; Rolling Out Pie Dough; Roasting and Working with Sweet Potatoes; Whipping Cream.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
