Have fun cooking an assortment of authentic, Spanish small-plate snacks inspired by our very own Chopping Block chef, Guillermo.
Tortilla de Patatas (Spanish Omelet) with Aioli; Crostini with Chorizo, Brie and Honey; Sautéed Clams with White Beans and Salsa Verde; Ground Beef Stuffed Piquillo Peppers with Béchamel-Cheese Sauce.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Getting Familiar with Spanish Ingredients; Selecting Beef, Shellfish and Potatoes; Making Cold Emulsions; Working with Fresh Herbs; Making Fresh Herb Sauces; Roasting Garlic; Preparing Béchamel Sauce.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
