What's your favorite pasta? After working with our Chefs, you'll be able make your own fresh pasta dough, creating noodles of all shapes and sizes as well as seasonal sauces suited to each pasta!
Lasagna with Spicy Fennel, Italian Sausage and Tomato Sauce; Roasted Squash and Goat Cheese-Filled Ravioli with Brown Butter Sauce; Spinach Fettuccine with Mushroom Cream Sauce and Toasted Hazelnuts.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Making Fresh Pasta Dough; Using a Pasta Roller; Selecting Sausage; Assembling Lasagna and Shaping Ravioli; Roasting Squash; Preparing Brown Butter and Cream Sauces.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
