Enjoy the flavors of fall as you learn how to cook this delicious, seasonal menu while discovering fresh new ways to make dinner fun! One glass of wine or one beer per student is included in the price of the class- our wine list will also be available if additional beverages would like to be purchased during class.
Roasted Beet and Butternut Squash Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette; Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Crumbled Blue Cheese and Red Wine Reduction; Wild Rice with Dried Apricots, Cranberries and Hazelnuts; Pear-Frangipane Tart (Almond Custard Tart).
Skills Covered in Class Include: Roasting Root Vegetables; Making Vinaigrette; Balancing Flavors; Selecting and Roasting Beef; Determining Red Meat Doneness; Preparing Reductions; Working with Grains and Almond Paste; Making Hot Butter Pastry; Selecting Fruit.
One glass of wine or one beer per student is included in the price of the class. You must be 21 or over to attend. Please present valid ID at the time of check-in.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
