Food in small packages is a worldwide phenomenon. Have fun preparing and devouring these comforting tidbits of all shapes, sizes and ethnicities.
Indian Samosas with Cilantro Chutney; Chicken Bao (Chicken-Filled Buns) with Hoisin Sauce; Black Bean and Chorizo Empanadas with Avocado Crema.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Getting Familiar with Indian, Asian and South American Ingredients; Making and Shaping Dumpling Dough; Making Meat and Potato Fillings; Working with Fresh Herbs and Spices; Deep Frying and Steaming; Working with Puff Pastry.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
