Celebrate Valentine's Day with an elegant multi-course, hands-on meal that you cook together, for each other. Order a bottle of our Reserve Champagne in advance, and we'll have it ready upon your arrival to complete the evening! This menu just happens to be gluten free!
Tuscan Kale Salad with Pears, Pecorino and Walnuts; Prosciutto-Wrapped Shrimp with Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce; Red Wine Marinated Ribeye Steaks with Tuscan Herb Sauce; Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary and Parmesan; Torta Caprese (Dark Chocolate Flourless Cake with Almonds).
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
