Join us for this special dinner featuring a delicious down-home meal prepared and served with Right Bee Cider. This local hard cider has taken the city by storm for good reason: the only ingredients are apples, organic sugar and local honey from Chicago bees! Co-owners Katie Morgan and Charlie Davis are incredibly passionate about the art of cider-making, high quality natural ingredients, sustainability and community support. Proud to be Chicago's first cidery, they have created a unique, unfiltered and dry cider that you'll have the pleasure of experiencing in this class. Katie and Charlie will join us during class to tell their story, and talk about their award-winning cider. This demonstration class includes a full meal, so come hungry!
