Spruce up your holiday table this year with a basket of freshly baked bread. Learn the basics of making yeast doughs and quick breads.
Cornbread Muffins with Bacon; Homemade Buttery Dinner Rolls; Cheddar Biscuits with Chives; Rosemary Breadsticks.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Mixing Yeast Dough; Understanding Ingredient Functions; Using Different Flours; Kneading; Shaping Dough; Making Quick Doughs; Successful Proofing; How to Know When Bread is Done.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
