You'll be like a kid in a candy store once you learn how to make these ooey-gooey, sweet and chewy treats from scratch. Great for holiday gift giving!
Chocolate Truffles; Raspberry Pâte de Fruit (Fruit Jellies); Coffee-Flavored Marshmallows; Chocolate-Covered Hazelnut Dragées. Class includes one glass of bubbly!
Skills Covered in Class Include: Selecting and Working with Chocolate; Making Ganache; Working with Gelatin; Whipping Egg Whites; Cooking Sugar for Candy; Selecting and Toasting Nuts.
During class students will sample all the dishes prepared by the chef.
