Have your cake and eat it, too! Make several varieties of delicious cupcakes, and bring them home to impress your friends and family. We will teach you fun, easy ways to decorate them, too. Lunch will be served during class.

Skills Covered in Class Include: Understanding Baking Ingredients; Mixing Batters; Cake Doneness; Preparing Custard and Buttercream; Making Citrus Curd and Caramel; Working with Chocolate; Spreading and Piping Frostings.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
