Dawn Jackson Blatner is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. She teaches people how to use the power of food to prevent and manage illness and maintain optimal health. Dawn helps people make realistic and gradual changes to their current eating habits and food choices. The classes focus on flexitarian nutrition, an eating style she developed, which is based on natural plant-based foods prepared simply.
