Come and master the time-honored techniques of classic French sauce-making. Sauce Bordelaise(luscious, rich red wine sauce) with Roasted Filet Mignon; Sauteed Pork with Charcutiere Sauce (a staple in Parisian bistros-this white wine, mustard and cornichon sauce is a favorite); Chicken Chasseur (this wine, shallot and mushroom "hunter's sauce" has an incomparable zingy flavor).
