Gnocchi may pre-date pasta, but these little knuckle-shaped dumplings still receive pride of place in Italian cuisine, from Nonass table to the finest ristorante. Learn to prepare a variety of gnocchi paired with seasonal accompaniments for a perfect match of flavors. Your Chef can recommend an Italian wine from our cellar to make your meal molto delizioso!
Potato Gnocchi with Italian Sausage and Tomato Ragu; Spinach Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Cream; Cauliflower Gnocchi with Herb Butter and Toasted Breadcrumbs.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Selecting Potatoes and Sausage; Working with Fresh Herbs; Making Tomato and Cream Sauces; Working with Cauliflower; Preparing Compound Butter.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
