When signing up, you'll have the opportunity to pre-order a bottle of our reserve Chateauneuf-de-Pape, Rhône Valley, France. A luscious red from one of the world's premier red wine appellations. Powerful yet fresh, with flavors of ripe fruit, dark chocolate, meat and wild herbs unique to France's south. You'll also have the option to peruse our extensive wine list upon arrival.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
