There's no doubt about it...these flavor combinations will take you straight to the Promised Land. This menu is inspired by "Jerusalem: A Cookbook" by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi.
Roasted Cauliflower Salad with Toasted Hazelnuts and Pomegranate Seeds; Braised Lamb with Apricots and Currants; Saffron Rice with Pistachios and Herbs; Clementine and Almond Cake.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Getting Familiar with the Flavors of Jerusalem; Roasting Vegetables; Balancing Flavors; Selecting and Braising Lamb; Working with Spices; Steaming Rice; Mixing Cake Batter; Determining Cake Doneness.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
