Have fun cooking an assortment of authentic, Spanish small-plate snacks inspired by our very own Chopping Block chef, Guillermo.
Sautéed Clams with White Beans and Salsa Verde; Tortilla de Patatas (Spanish Omelet) with Aioli; Crostini with Chorizo, Brie and Honey; Ground Beef Stuffed Piquillo Peppers with Béchamel-Cheese Sauce.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Getting Familiar with Spanish Ingredients; Selecting Beef, Shellfish and Potatoes; Making Cold Emulsions; Working with Fresh Herbs; Making Fresh Herb Sauces; Roasting Garlic; Preparing Béchamel Sauce.
When signing up, you'll have the opportunity to pre-order a glass of our TCB Americano. Made with Red Vermouth, Luxardo Bitters and Club Soda, it's the perfect way to jump start your class!
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
