Celebrate the Year of the Pig by enjoying some traditional Chinese favorites.
Shrimp and Ginger Wonton Soup with Watercress; Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein; Kung Pao Chicken with Steamed Rice; Szechuan Green Beans.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Getting Familiar with Asian Ingredients; Selecting Shrimp, Beef and Chicken; Preparing Seafood Fillings; Working with Wonton Wrappers and Asian Noodles; Balancing Flavors; Stir-Frying; Preparing and Using Marinades.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
