Have fun preparing and enjoying some traditional dim sum favorites.
Shrimp Toast with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce; Chicken Bao (Chicken-Filled Buns); Vegetable Pot Stickers with Soy Dipping Sauce; Chinese Meatballs with Fermented Black Bean Sauce.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Shrimp Fillings; Preparing Yeast Dough; Steaming; Deep-Frying; Working with Dried Mushrooms and Dumpling Wrappers; Selecting Ground Meat; Making Asian Sauces.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
