Learn the basics of working with yeast doughs and the art of properly shaping and baking them to perfection!
Carrot-Rosemary Braided Whole Wheat Loaf; Pecan Sticky Buns; Spinach, Goat Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomato Calzones.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Mixing Yeast Dough; Understanding Ingredient Functions; Using Different Flours; Kneading; Shaping Dough; Successful Proofing; How to Know When Bread is Done.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
