It is easy being green! Did you know that greens such as kale, collards, cabbage and escarole are low in fat, high in fiber, rich in folic acid, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium? We'll teach you how to work with these greens so you can make delicious food all winter long that will not only provide excellent nutrition, but make you feel great, too!

Join us for this fun and casual cooking demonstration right in the heart of our retail store! You'll be surrounded by top-of-the-line cookware and our globally diverse wine selection, which is available for purchase and enjoyment during class. Pull up a stool, and enjoy watching one of our talented chefs! You'll have the opportunity to take notes and ask lots of questions. All demos include a tasting of the prepared food, and a copy of the recipes.
