Making pies isn't as hard as you might think! Get tips from a pro on how to make tender, flaky crusts, wrap them around sweet and savory fillings, and bake them to golden perfection.
Perfect Pie Dough; Chicken Pot Pie; Banana Cream Pie; Mini Chocolate-Pecan Pies; Apple Ginger Galette.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Making and Rolling out Pie Dough; Preparing Velouté Selecting and Poaching Chicken; Making Custard; Selecting Chocolate and Apples.
Students will work in groups of 3 to 4 people.
