Bulgogi Egg Rolls with Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce; Korean Pork Belly Tacos with Kimchee; Honey-Sriracha Chicken Wings with Sesame Rice; Sweet and Spicy Cucumber-Kohlrabi Salad.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Getting Familiar with Korean Ingredients; Selecting Ground Beef and Pork Belly; Working with Egg Roll Wrappers; Deep Frying; Braising; Fermenting; Determining Meat Doneness.
Students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. 1-week cancellation policy.
