No crunchy noodles and flavor packets here! Learn the art of making ramen noodles from scratch, and how to prepare delicious recipes featuring Japan's most ubiquitous noodle.
Homemade Ramen Noodles; Ramen Noodles in Miso-Soy Broth with Carrots, Bok Choy and Egg; Beef, Broccoli and Ramen Noodle Stir Fry.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Making Fresh Ramen Noodles; Using a Pasta Roller; Getting Familiar with Asian Ingredients; Working with Miso Paste; Poaching Vegetables and Eggs; Selecting and Stir-Frying Beef.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
