Come learn how to create the zesty, soul-satisfying cuisine of Italy.
Garlicky Shrimp Scampi; Caprese Salad with Crispy Prosciutto and Extra Virgin Olive Oil; Handmade Fettuccine with Roasted Red Peppers and Gorgonzola Cream; Plum and Apricot Crostata.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Choosing Tomatoes; Making and Rolling Fresh Pasta Dough; Cooking Shrimp; Roasting Peppers; Cream Sauces; Rolling Pie Dough; Fruit Fillings.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
