Country-Fried Steak with Sausage Gravy and Mashed Potatoes; Oven-Roasted Green Beans with Toasted Pecans; Corn-Jalapeño Muffins; Apple Cobbler with Ice Cream.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Working with Gluten Substitutes; Selecting and Breading Beef; Determining Meat Doneness; Making Gluten-Free Roux; Selecting Potatoes; Roasting Vegetables; Preparing Quick Breads; Making Fruit Fillings.
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
