Mamma Mia! Master the art of creating authentic Neapolitan pizzas.
Crispy-Fried Calamari with Marinara Sauce; Margherita Pizza; Roasted Red Pepper, Grilled Eggplant and Ricotta Pizza; Pancetta, Potato and Goat Cheese Pizza.
Skills Covered in Class Include: Preparing Tomato Sauce; Deep-Frying; Making Yeast Dough; Roasting Peppers; Grilling Vegetables; Selecting Potatoes; Cooking on a Pizza Stone.
Each student will go home with a Rosle pizza cutter after class, a $25.95 value!
Due to the layout of our kitchens and in consideration of your classmates, students will work in groups of 3 to 5 people. Parties of 6 or more will be directed to our private events department so we can accommodate them appropriately.
