He will discuss a list of his favorite ingredients, including grains, dairy, lean proteins, fruits, vegetables and pantry items. And he'll demonstrate how to combine them in unique and interesting ways for meals that are quick, easy and, most importantly, delicious.
This class will leave you with great options for balanced meals and snacks throughout your day, along with John's recipes for some basics you can stock up on at home. Krista Shawron, lead dietician of the Revolution Weight Loss Centers, will tell you all the fun nutrition facts and health benefits of the ingredients being used and be available to answer any and all of your questions regarding healthy options.
