Spiced Butternut Squash and Apple Bisque with Crab and Chive Garnishes; Frisée, Roasted Pear and Blue Cheese Salad with Toasted Pecans and Apple Cider Vinaigrette; Seared Sea Scallops with Shaved Fennel and Orange Salad, Crispy Pancetta and Orange Emulsion; Red Wine-Braised Short Ribs with Polenta, Pine Nut Gremolata and Roasted Cauliflower; Chocolate Hazelnut Cake with Espresso Chocolate Sauce.
