We will demystify how to make tender, flaky crusts, wrap them around delicious sweet and savory fillings, and bake them to golden perfection!
Blueberry Cardamom Lattice Pie; Individual Strawberry Rhubarb Crostatas with Cornmeal Crust; Swiss Chard, Leek and Bacon Tart.
Each student will bake their own blueberry pie in a 5-inch cast iron skillet to take home! Price of the skillet is included in the class.
