Learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch and create noodles of all shapes and sizes. You'll also discover how to prepare simple and seasonal sauces to accompany your pasta.
Ricotta Cheese and Spinach Ravioli with Mushrooms, Asparagus and Parmesan Cheese; Herbed Fettuccine with Steamed Mussels, Chili Flakes and Basil; Pappardelle with Bacon, Peas and Lemon Cream.
