Teens' Cooking Class: Spring Cupcakes

For kids age 12-16. Students are guided through the preparation of simple-yet-sophisticated menus that they will enjoy recreating at home. They will learn the basics of knife skills, menu planning, and organizing prep work.
TODAY'S MENU: Rhubarb Cupcakes with Whipped Cream; Carrot Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Parents and guardians, please check-in your kids promptly for class and return to pick them up after the session.
