Mature Strength - Beginner/Older Adult: Staying strong is important at every age. Build bone density and lean muscle mass following age appropriate guidelines.
This group exercise class is only available to members of the Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center. It is one of over 75 weekly group exercise classes included with membership.
