Barre Strong - All Levels: Combines use of the ballet barre with strength training equipment for this full-body workout. Just when you thought you were finished, you will add additional strength training using resistance equipment.

This group exercise class is only available to members of the Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center. It is one of over 75 weekly group exercise classes included with membership.
