Cross Train - Intermediate/Advanced: Use a combination of exercises to work various parts of the body. The aim is to reduce the risk of injury and improve overall fitness.
This group exercise class is only available to members of the Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center. It is one of over 75 weekly group exercise classes included with membership
